With 11 years of experience in the Esthetics Industry, Lexy has worked across nearly every facet of the field. She has extensive expertise in the medical side of Esthetics, along with a background in day spas and Forbes-standard destination spas. Lexy also has a proven track record of managing her own successful esthetics business. She is licensed as both a Basic/Master Esthetics Instructor and a Permanent Cosmetic Tattooing Instructor in Virginia. Additionally, Lexy is a certified Milady Educator, a member of the Milady Administrative Advisory Board, and holds over 50 continuing education certifications. Among her favorite services to provide are tattooing powder brows and creating a sensory experience through customized facials. Beyond her technical expertise, Lexy is known for her exceptional customer service and is frequently praised for her warm, caring bedside manner.

She is committed to helping students build confidence, refine their skills, and prepare for successful careers in the esthetics industry. Jessica fosters an engaging and supportive learning environment where education is both meaningful and enjoyable- and one of her many talents is her ability to make anyone laugh.

Aischa comes to us with over a decade of managerial experience. Her astounding organizational skills and keen eye for detail make her the perfect asset to our team. She is a licensed cosmetic tattooer and has most recently become emersed in the world of Paramedical tattooing and also has an extensive background in nutrition, wellness, and stretch therapy.

“My passion for the health and beauty industry led me to attain my aesthetics license in 2012. I spent the last decade, devoting myself to working with lasers and skincare treatments at medical spas in the northern Virginia area. Throughout the years, I have specialized in laser treatments, such as: tattoo removal, hair reduction, carbon laser facials, erbium, IPL, microneedling, and vascular reduction. I’ve also stepped into the world of PMU, with my main focus being paramedical tattooing. Working on different skin types, ages, and contraindications, is when one realizes that they never stop learning. I indulge by staying current on the latest modalities, trending services, and product lines. It’s my strong belief that leadership starts with building trust and providing both technical skills and emotional support to inspire confidence in each individual. I strive to inspire others and take pride in the relationships I cultivate with both students and clients.”
