With over 9 years of experience working in the Esthetics Industry, Lexy has worked in almost every aspect of the field. She has extensive knowledge pertaining to the medical side of Esthetics, as well as a background consisting of day spas/Forbes-Standard destination spas. She also has experience managing her own successful esthetics business. Lexy is licensed as a Basic/Master Esthetics Instructor as well as a Permanent Cosmetic Tattooing Instructor in the state of Virgnia. She is also a certified Milady Educator and possesses over 30 different continued education certifications. Some of her favorite services she provides include tattooing powder brows and creating a sensory experience when performing customized facials. In addition to her many technical skills, she prides herself on offering impeccable customer service and is often complimented on her endearing bed-side manner.

Aischa comes to us with over a decade of managerial experience. Her astounding organizational skills and keen eye for detail make her the perfect asset to our team. She has most recently become emersed in the world of Paramedical tattooing and has an extensive background in nutrition, wellness, and stretch therapy.

ESTHETICS INSTRUCTOR

Michelle comes to the Institute with almost 10 years of experience as a licensed esthetician. She has experience working in both day spa and medical spa settings and possesses a treasure trove of esthetic knowledge. Michelle’s gregarious personality and passion for bettering the esthetic community make her the perfect asset to our instructor team.

“My passion for the health and beauty industry led me to attain my aesthetics license in 2012. I spent the last decade, devoting myself to working with lasers and skincare treatments at medical spas in the northern Virginia area. Throughout the years, I have specialized in laser treatments, such as: tattoo removal, hair reduction, carbon laser facials, erbium, IPL, microneedling, and vascular reduction. I’ve also stepped into the world of PMU, with my main focus being paramedical tattooing. Working on different skin types, ages, and contraindications, is when one realizes that they never stop learning. I indulge by staying current on the latest modalities, trending services, and product lines. It’s my strong belief that leadership starts with building trust and providing both technical skills and emotional support to inspire confidence in each individual. I strive to inspire others and take pride in the relationships I cultivate with both students and clients.”
